And now i wonder, which one to recommend:
The rear-engined Twingo or Fiesta Ecoboost?
The Twingo hasn't been released in Indonesia, but because the Clio cost 30k USD in here, the Twingo won't cost more than 20k, i think. The Fiesta cost 23k, but i think it'll be one epic little city car.
I tell her to go up with the ST, but she said he wants something a bit more economical. I tell her to get a very economical Dacia Duster (Good news!), but she don't want it. At All.
Anyway, wait the Twingo or go with Fiesta?

Just tell her that the St has a "Variable Economical Special Earth Saving Environmental System" It doesn't mean anything, but it'll convince her.

Never thought I would hear the complaint "The Fiesta isn't economical enough".
Now I have heard it all...

Well, i'll try that.
And then, when the car has been delivered, i'll tel her the car needs to filled with special blinker fluid to increase fuel economy at my house! :D

Yeah.
Seriously, i'm surprised she said that. I Think because she have heard from someone that the ST is the sporty one, she think it'll do 10 mpg or so.

I tried it and it worked! Now my Gf thinks that my brand new Panzer Iv tank gets 1,000 Mpg, but it just has a small tank!

Tell her, even with the turbo she will exhaust more gas than that tiny 1.0l engine that would fit in her purse, and but the damn fiesta!
Joking aside, we have no Twingos here...

Yeah!
I think the ST will get 70MPG after i put my special blinker fluid. Yeah, there's some tire wear honey, but it's shaped like that to decrease the rolling resistance!

Haha, there you go! She'll go for it, unless she knows anything about cars, Haha.

Yeah!
But i always wonder about turbocharging the Twingo. My friend has a Turbocharged Smart Fortwo, tuned to 150hp, and it was superb!

Why not, I know nothing about them... but could be great. Looked at the curves for the Twingo? Might be a better car to supercharge... Not as much gains, but it adds it down low where small engines need it more, IMO.

Get the Twingo :) that way you can drive it every now and again and pretend you're in an Alpine :)

That you've never heard such a thing is probably due to US gas prices being as low as they are. When you live in a place with €8 a gallon gas you only get a Fiesta ST over a regular 1.0 Ecoboost Fiesta if you're an enthusiast. The Twingo will probably be more frugal than the 1.0 Ecoboost Fiesta.
